Ingredients :
Foxtail Millet, White Sorghum (SD), Milk powder, Jaggery, Oats , sprouted Ragi, Chocolate Powder, Baking powder, Backing soda, Salt, Cinnaman Powder

Recipe:

  • Take 1 cup of Strawberry Pan cake a blend well with 1/4 cup of water (Alter the consistency to dosa batter),
  • Scoop the batter onto a hot griddle or pan.
  • Cove with a lid &Cook for 3 – 5 mins , then flip.
  • Continue cooking until brown on both sides.”
