Recipe :
Rinse 1 cup White sorghum flakes and keep aside. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili, onion, sauté. Add turmeric, salt, chopped veggies and cook slightly. Mix in the soaked flakes, stir gently for 2–3 mins. Garnish with coriander & lemon juice.
